recolors are simple color changes of a model's default texture.

simple retextures are partly or completely from-scratch textures with simple markings or emissions/masks.

complex retextures are completely from-scratch textures with more complicated markings or gradients, or have multiple custom emissions/masks.

simple edits add one or two toggles to the avatar, add clothes made for the base, or feature extra parts (tails, ears, etc) that can be added in UNITY or require minimal blender work.

complex edits add many toggles, add resculpted/reweighted clothes, modify the base mesh of the avatar itself, feature assets made from scratch by me, or feature extra custom parts that must be added in BLENDER.

you must be at least 18 years or older to commission me!

all commissions will be completed on a tentative two week basis. simple commissions may take only a few days, while more complex commissions may take a few weeks. i am a working college student, so patience is appreciated! i will send WIP screenshots during the creation process so i can get feedback and make necessary changes.

please have a good idea of what you want before commissioning me. references are extremely helpful, even if your ref is an ms paint sketch! i will not accept AI generated references and will probably cancel your commission on the spot. i will also not directly copy other art, but i can take inspiration.

be up front about the extent of the work you want BEFORE i begin working on your commission or take any payment. revisions, bug fixes, and minor changes are always included in the price, but if you ask for many, complex changes or additions to your commission AFTER i've already begun working (i.e. alt versions for art, extra blendshapes or toggles for avatars, etc.), i may ask for additional payment or refuse these additions.

by default, i reserve the right to post commissions, both in progress and finished, on my own social medias, for advertising purposes or otherwise. if you don't want me to share your commission, please tell me! i will not post your commission if you don't want me to.

for all commissions including NSFW elements, you MUST provide proof of your age (ID, driver's license with other info blacked out, age verified account on vrchat, etc). i will NEVER keep this information!

you may NOT use my work to train any AI model or use AI to "recreate" my work. i will not work with you if you give me an AI reference or have an AI profile picture or banner.

you will be blacklisted from any future commissions if you're found to have violated the latter two terms.

i reserve the right to refuse any commission prior to payment. if i no longer want to continue your commission, you will be refunded the appropriate amount for work not already completed.

all line + color, lineless, or detailed pieces come with a transparent or simple background, such as a solid color, gradient, or repeating pattern. anything more complex is considered a detailed + background and will cost the appropriate amount.

for PWYW creative freedom commissions, you may provide a reference sheet, moodboard, or general theme or idea, but i ultimately have freedom to draw what i want with these types of commissions specifically.

there are some things i will not draw. please see the section below for more info.

both parties must LEGITIMATELY own (legally purchased from the original creator) the base avatar in order to commission me! i will check that you are verified in the creator's discord (if applicable). if you try to commission me for a base you don't own, i will alert the creator of the respective avatar. i will not accept shared or ripped files for avatar bases.

i will not take commissions for bases that do not allow them in their TOS.

if you want to commission me for a base i don't have, you can pay for me to buy it! the price of the base will be added to the price of your commission.

you must obey the TOS for the avatar you're commissioning me for (i.e. no NSFW stuff on ironicsoap's bases).

if something goes wrong with your commission (clipping with clothes, broken animations, etc.), let me know and i'll be happy to fix it! i will always fix my own mistakes free of charge.

i can share any .fbx, .blend, Unity package or any other files related to your commission with you on request!

I NO LONGER DO UPLOADS! you must have enough basic unity knowledge to upload your avatar yourself. i will provide you with a unity package for the finished product, including all dependencies. (if i uploaded an avatar for you already, this term does not apply to your commission.)

for all of my commissions, FULL payment is expected up front. if i cannot complete all or part of your commission, i will refund you the appropriate amount. if i haven't done any work on your commission, you will be refunded in full!

all prices listed are for USD! please keep this in mind when you are paying. if you accidentally overpay due to currency conversion, i will refund you the difference!

i will NOT negotiate prices.

i accept both Venmo and Paypal! however, due to paypal's exorbinant fees, i will charge a 5% platform fee to make up for losses.
